Salmon Recipe for Gordon

Hi Gordon and all,

Here is my DH's salmon recipe. When it is marinating the whole kitchen smells just lovely. Makes the mouth water.

1 lb salmon, 2 cloves garlic minced, 6-8 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp. fresh or paste parsley, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp dried basil, 1/4 to 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. cilantro paste

Mix all ingredients, coat both sides of salmon (works great with Tuna too) Cover and marinate in frig for 1 or more hours. Grill on non-stick foil sprayed with Pam at 300+ degrees for approx. 8 to 10 mins a side.

You can use less oil or add 1/4 tsp onion powder to taste if you want.

Can be baked in oven at 375 still on foil for 35 to 45 mins.

What we serve with this is the following:

sweet potatoes, onions, and squash all cut up into bite size pieces. Add olive oil and season salt to taste. Grill in the oven at 400 for 10 to 15 minutes or until a fork just goes through the sweet potato.

Makes a great meal, hope you enjoy! Lynne

I will take pictures when I look at the rigs tomorrow.

Hunt, you have to watch that over doing, especially when you want to "do" the next day . Tim, this time of year we take whatever warmth we can get. Lynne I'll keep my fingers crossed one of those MH will be the"one", Dang, its hard to get my coffee with those fingers crossed Rail, I saw a report on an elephant going nuts on a car in Bangkok, I'll take my occasional meeting with deer over that!! .

Hahahaha! Terry, I saw footage of that! It was in a state park, and there were two or three going crazy, must be mating season
Bap, I think we all left a little something in the 70's, if we could just remember what?
huntnski, was it the backhoe? Or did you try to fit that shovel?
Everyone have a great day!
I have to close the store! And hit the sack!
SeeYaa, Rail!

Morning All,

Snowing this am and 25. Not going to stop me from looking at those MHs though. Heading out in a bit but need to drink this coffee first. It's hazelnut and is delicious! I use honey for a sweetner. Never have been able to get a taste for cappuchino though or however it's spelled.

I am going to Atkin's RV in Flint, MI. Go look and see if you can guess which ones I am going to look at.

Have a great day, I will be back with pictures. Lynne

Good morning group, rail, I think it's the shovels fault! Wife was using it and I didn't have anything to lean on!!

Everyone have a great day, starting to cool back down here, only in 50's today.

No luck finding our MH today!

Well, didn't find our MH. Went to look at 4 of them but 2 already sold. Even in this weather.

2001 Coachman Aurora 28 ft with ride right springs gone.

2005 Damon Intruder 3 slides, gone. 5,900 miles

2005 Georgie Boy not quite right.

2003 Tiffin Allegro had a bad leak by driver's side window that had been left unattended. 32 ft 29,300 and $27,500

So, I will keep looking cause nothing talked to me. This place is 45 mins from home and gets MH's in monthly. With 2 gone, they will replace them and I will keep watch. It will show there or Craigslist.

Hope you all had a good day, Lynne

Good Evening,

Do any of you lie in San Antonio Texas? I saw a Newmar on line that I am very interested in and wondered if any of you knew of Fun Motors down there.

Good Morning All, 11* here this am, but no real snow forecast for the near future . Hunt, you gotta watch those shovels, we have a joke here in NY, the state DOT always has at least four guys on a job, three leaning on shovels one doing the job, now I know thats the hard part! Lynne, sorry none of those worked out, there's one out there somewhere. Bap, hows that TT did you get it? catch everyone later.
