Good evening everyone! NO COFFEE tonight!
Lynne, you have to remember Lloyd is in SC. and would have to put straw over his grass seed! No snow for him that will last more than a day or two!
Popeye, May have to plan a trip over and see what you can find?? Never know??
Lloyd, thanks, and I have been looking, but nothing either!
Gordon, ohhhhhh the possibility's !!
Man, I feel for all in this cold!! Stay warm!!
Rail!!

Morning,
Currently 54, above
Coffee is tasty so I'm okay.
The new Antenna we bought down here took a dump last night. We watched a few movies, No TV for the rest of the month will be a torment at night.
I have started to read my Motorhome magazines, starting back from last summer. Man that sun down here is really hot come afternoon even under the aweing, feels good.
They have Cable Tv at the next park. A good thing for us.
Peoples are packing it up and leavening today. I wonder where they are going.
The sky is cloud free this morning, very pretty with the sun coming out over the mountains.
Been hearing the coyote's howling at night 4-5 of them kind of creepy.
Have a great weekend and those on the road be safe,
Tim

Goooodmorning all y’all!!!

My morning coffee sure tastes good. It’s been warming up here so yesterday I took a lady friend of mine for a drive to Montezuma Pass where she and I did a short 0.5mile vertical hike to a scenic view area and later, after a picnic lunch, we drove down to a place where you can drive right up to the US/Mex border and view an old 1880’s cast iron border marker adjacent to a beaten down barb wire border fence.

The day was going great until, on the way back to Sierra Vista, I was stupid enough to mention that it’d been at least 5 years since I’d gotten my last traffic ticket. I immediately kicked myself in the butt, DOH! However, it was too late and a short time later I was pulled over and given a warning ticket for a cracked windshield. Anyhow, no fine but now I have to spend $180 for a new windshield for my Caravan. I’d hoped to drive the car indefinitely with the cracked windshield. At least I have my motorcycle to ride until I get the thing fixed.

I’m looking out the window at another beautiful sunny Arizona day. Thank God for the sunshine, I’ve finally found a place I can enjoy winter without having to endure months of SAD even though I do miss the snow LOL.

Second coffee is even better this morning, don't have to drive anywhere! Well we made it North Charleston, staying at Oak Plantation seems like a nice place. It's a pit stop on our way to Tampa.

The drive down eastern seaboard was fun to say the least. The traffic alone on a clear day is awful. Couple that with snowfall plus accidents and it just plain sucks!

Going to see Garth Brooks tonight, should be a fun time even if we get nosebleeds from our seats.

Figured out that water has a freezing point and it's weird how it expands and breaks stuff. Forgot to shut off water to the fridge ice maker. Needless to say the filter froze and once in nicer weather decided to thaw! So we came out from a lunch stop to see a tsunami leaking (thankfully outside) all over the parking lot. It was just a crack and I was able to shut the water off quickly. No harm done just a lesson.

You are right about the blue beacon boys. I stand and watch them however and they seem to slow down a bit if they know you are looking. All in all, they do a pretty good job in a short time.

Good evening everyone;
Was a great day. Perfect weather. Hit a high of 85 today. Right now it is 70. Next week is supposed to be like this.

Memory of the cool/cold weather and wind is erased.

Morning!

23* here, really pretty red sunrise!

We have a ice/snow/rain event coming. Like our 3rd one this year, which is a bit much.

Good Morning Gang,
Coffee was good this morning, weather a little cool but warming up fast to about 70*.
Glad that I'm not up north.
Steph,
That is a nice campground there, Charleston is a wonderful city. We spent 2 weeks there last spring, although we didn't stay at the Oak Plantation(They were full).
Have fun and enjoy the concert.
Have a great day all, and stay warm everyone,
Frank

Hello All,

Happy Valentine's Day to each of you. Hope you get something sweet today.

Drinking my second cup of coffee right now. Seemed appropriate since it started out at -5 this am and isn't much warmer right now, 7. Yikes! I really want Spring to come fast!

Rail: Gordon could put the grass seed down before that snow tonight and the weight of it will push it into the dirt and then when it melts it sets it in and starts the growth. Doesn't make a difference that he is in warmer climate, it will work. Just has to be put under the snow.

Otherwise, just staying in where it is warm. Hope people got their animals in out of that wind because it is brutal. Sure glad we did not have the Mobile RV guy come out, it's too darn cold right now.

Well, back to w--k tomorrow and hope you all have a good day today. Bye, Lynne

Might break a record high today and that will be @ 90

It was so windy yesterday that I had to take my flags down and put the awning up. I think the first time in a month that happened.
Boy we had a few Super Size MH with stacker trailers/3 axels, Beautiful paint job's come in the park. WOW Nice. They just went by 3 razors 6 dirt bikes and 2 - 4 wheelers out into the desert.
I could get my convert in any of them plus a few toys, those Razors are pretty cool, 2 please.
Joe just came in and told me the couple from back east yelled at him because he walked the girls on there side of the street... REALLY
I told him I will walk the dogs next time.
Have a great Monday, and those on the road be safe,

Tim
