Well, I just received the copy of the title, so everything is online for a go! I will call my banker this morning and set things up! The title is in his name and has his address on it and it does not have any lien's on it! So that makes me feel a bit better! Rail!

Rail,
I was just going to tell you that I thought he said that he was having family over on Sunday and might not have been around, so I am glad that everything is good now. Having met the gentleman, I would have been shocked if something had been hincky, but I don't blame you for being cautious. When are you coming over the pond? I can imagine how excited that you are, because I am excited for you.
Have a great day,
Frank

Morning,
Currently 55,
A little chilly have the furnace going,

Rail Congrats , Happy for ya and hope it all works in the end.

My Brothers dog is pregnant, he thinks lucky 13 she is a golden Lab and the dad is the same should be some nice looking pups.

rvpopeye, I bought a patio matt at the tents a few weeks ago and it has your avatar on it 6 of them. Your famous some kind of God? lol

The doves are up and chirping or what ever they do, first time I have heard them this early. Gordon did I tell you Joe found a nice green snake at the dollar store. I have it on the top of the MH Ladder but its not helping I think I need to put it on the top of the antenna though. A real PITA it takes both of us to get it down and back up, it close too 26 feet long.

We splurged last night and had T-bones on the grill, scrumpdillielitious (sp) very good.

One of the Super C's toys all match his MH including a Nice Viper ,
I wonder if he would let me take it for a spin in the Desert
I'm guessing not. lol

Countdown 1 week

Have a Great Week,
And those on the roads be safe,
Tim

Rail - I am on your side. One cannot be too cautious in today's society. It seems very self absorbed at times. If the fellow is sincere and honest he will understand your caution.

I am optimistic everything is on the up and up as Frank has viewed it and given it the thumbs up.

That's my alter ego Kokopelli , prepare yourself , then do an internet search.

Sure wish I had the room for one of those pups , never met a bad one.

Rail
I think I speak for all of us here in the states........
We'll be glad to take turns doing test drives to keep it warmed up for you.
Please send gas $$$

Oh yeah, I forgot, the fuel gauge showed full or nearly so. Another bonus.

Janet bought a Kokopelli statue and has placed it on the steps by the front door. Says it is there to ward off evil but I know what it means. Can't fool me. But . . . . I like the way it looks sitting there.

Rail - good to hear that everything is going along with the purchase.

And yes I volunteer to drive it a bit to exercise it. Would even put in some fuel!!

Good morning, Everyone! Coffee was very good today!
Wow, it has been a whirlwind here getting all the stuff in order! But, the money has been wired and the insurance bought! Yes, Frank, he did tell me it has a full tank! (130 gallons) He told me he always kept it close to full, as he did not like the sticker shock of the price if he let it get past half!
I also found out the turbo has less than 1000 miles on it! He replaced the old one because it was leaking oil! The Allison has the transyid (sp) syn. fluid in it too! The motor uses and leaks no oil, as the transmission! He also told me he got 10 mpg. running the generator and the two roof air's if he kept it under 65 mph! If he got in a hurry and drove 65 to 75 mph, the mpg would drop to 8! So that is nice to know! He is a very honest guy, as he told me that a guy and his wife saw the for sale sign, and ask to see it, he told them it was sold, but no money had changed hands yet, and the guy offered him 1000 dls. more than what I paid to sell it to him! The owner Steve told him he did not want that kind of Karma after him for doing something like that!
Ok, which one of you guys are going to drive it up to Illinois for me? Hehehehehe! Just kidding!
Frank, if you want to ride down with Dave and get the thing with him on Saturday, I could set that up between you two! He lives in Hernando Beach, not too far from you! You two have a lot in common, and would hit it off, I suspect! But then you would know all my secrets!
Everyone have a great day!! Rail!
Excited is a understatement!!!

Sorry Tim - Since you have been here and it did not do anything you must have passed muster. So future visits are assured. Hope you have a good trip down to the park.

Good to hear all is well with the MH purchase. Sounds like a very honest person you are dealing with. Be a good fit with the group if they bought another RV. Or just want to keep a hand in.

Have a great day.
