Good Morning Gang,
Coffee is good, weather even better. Grass cutting continues, got Rita to use the weed whip, and that helped a lot. The construction continues in the back, the storm sewers are all in and they are working on the sanitary sewer runs now, should be done with them in the next week or 2. Things are looking up.
Everyone stay safe and enjoy the weekend, and I am with Lloyd, hats off to our veterans who made it possible for us to have the life we live.
Frank

Good Morning All, Beautiful morning here in Upstate NY, Woke up to 64* and clear skies, going to 90* today and the humidity is going up as well, might get some thundershowers later. This is a weekend that I personally like to keep busy, lost alot of friends that can't enjoy what we have, my hat is off to them, that's what memorial day is all about. Everyone have a great day.

Morning all;
Managed to get our grass mowed yesterday. Small window that was just adequate to 'git her dun'. Supposed to be showers for the next while. There is nothing balanced around here. Either no moisture or wet every day. Need some heat to make the seeds germinate.
Hope you all have a great day and wonderful weekend.

Good morning all,
Wet and cool here today but the coffee is fantastic. Ya never know with Seattle weather this time of year.
Lynne glad you have your unit back home, FINALLY. Good grief.
Big moving sale tomorrow. Judging by the responses to my craiglist ad it will last about an hour and it will all be gone.
Finished the tile job yesterday at the neighbors place. Their neighbors have seen the work and now have offers for 4 more jobs plus the one I just finished wants a master bath redone, the fridge moved which will require moving a few walls a bit, removing the existing pantry and putting in a new one where the fridge currently is. So now If I want them I have a total of 9 projects to do. No idea where I would have the time to do them. Told them all it would be at least 3 mo before I could even consider it. Need to move and I need to get things done in OK first.
Note to self, Dont let the new neighbors know your skill set or you will be working full time again.
Patty was cracking wise about it. "Are you like the new celeb contractor? "We had our tile done by Jay"" Too funny.
Decided to rent back this house for the week it will take for the little house to close. Decided it was worth it not to have to move twice. The last load from here will go straight to OK. Movers will take everything going to the new house. Got Patty to agree any updates to the new one would have to wait until next year. She agreed she wouldnt be able to make flooring and counter top choices in just a few days. Also might move some things around in the kitchen and that takes some time living in the new space.
She will be staying here in WA while I am in OK. Her mom is really sliding into Alzhiemers pretty rapidly and she wants to spend as much time with her as she can before her mother no longer knows who she is. I wish they would seek a doctor that specializes in ALZ. SO much more could be done for her mom to slow down the slide. Might be time for me to start pushing them. Patty has had no success and I have stayed mum so far. Faye is such a lovely woman and it kills me to see this happening to her. She pretends everything is fine but I can see the fear in her eyes.
Well, better get my tail in gear. Lots to do to get ready for the sale tomorrow. I will be committing the CLACKers biggest sin tomorrow, selling TOOLS.
Have a blessed day

Sorry I haven't been on here much lately , but am glad to see you haven't disappeared Jay! Think of you often. Wrapping up one of the houses Sally inherited from her ex. Good thing as the $30,000 we laid out for taxes on an empty house was killing me. All rented now , new insurance , all is good! Have 6 more boxes of flooring to put down , screw the new cabinets in the kitchen on Tuesday and put the appliances in and i'm going on vacation! Miss all of my peeps on here and like I said I apoligize but need to get done with all this junk! Bobby

Good Morning Gang,
I want to thank all who are or were Military, their families, and those who gave the ultimate price. Freedom is not free, some paid an awful price for it. I think we have the best military in the world. I saw an old WWII vet at work the other day. I went to get his wife for a test and he was sitting there with her. He had on a WWII hat and I asked if he had been in the military and he replied yes.
I put my hand out and said "Sir, I want to thank you for my freedom." The man said you're welcome and had tears in his eyes. He had both feet frozen laying in a fox hole during a battle. He has had trouble walking ever since. She told me a lot of what he went through and this is just one man. Wow, she said he would do it again too. Hats off to each and everyone of them.
Work on the MH continues today. Yesterday we de-winterized it, today clean and hook up the tow dolly and car and go for a ride. Put the things back in that we had taken out for winter storage. Get ready for some camping.
Sounds like ya all are getting busy with summer things. Jay, remember those tools will be well loved and used by someone else. Gordon, glad you finally got some rain. It is so hot here ( I love it) that we can cut the asparagus 3 times a day. Love asparagus!
Otherwise, 77 here already and going into the upper 80"s. We finally put the AC on yesterday. Hope you all have a great weekend and Memorial Day Monday. The weather appears to be beautiful for it.
Lynne

Morning,
currently 61, Foggy
Made it out to my brothers place last night.
The saga continues, The MH has the squeal back, and now the concours is telling me that the battery is not getting charged, we just replaced the battery when we got back from Yuma, so we returned it and got a different one (manufactured in May so its a fresh one) still no luck so I guess we will replace the Alt. Man its going to be a job getting at it too. We left it at home and we brought the 64 with us.(-O- to bad!!! ) I'm going to replace the gen on the PA. That should be a easy one. I'll pick up a rebuild kit for it and keep it as a spare.
I stopped at the cemetery (Fort Snelling) yesterday before we left to see mom and dad and my sister and all those that gave there life so we can be free.
Thank you.
Those on the road be safe,
Take care and have a Happy Memorial Day Weekend,
Tim

Good Morning
Wet and cold again today. Just in time for my moving sale. LOL
Thanks Bobby. Been so durn busy.
Still coach hunting or should say I am back at it. Why don't folks reply to their ads?
Found a nice Monaco Sig 45 with a 525 hp and a 9 speed trans and a tag. No slides but has everything else we wanted and at a good price if its not a scam ad. It will do for now and will trade up later or donate it to Liberty Farms as a setup crew rig.
Well I better get to setting up for the sale. Have a blessed day.
THANK YOU VETERANS FOR KEEPING US FREE

Evening All,
Well, Jerry and I are really frustrated right now. The repair place had our rig for 30 days for a side dbl pane window repair. 30 days. If that wasn't bad enough, we finally get it back at 5pm on Thursday and it's not right. Drove it home, put it to sleep and didn't check it until Friday. The track that the window slides in is partially missing.
The top section (isn't this supposed to be all one piece?), it looks like it in the manual. Well, the top section is missing and the window rocks back and forth. If that wasn't bad enough, where they cut the channel (where it was sealed when new) they didn't seal this and we can see outside.
I called and left a message for the manager. We are not willing to leave the MH there for another undetermined (when they get around to it) amount of time. I am unsure they can even fix this correctly. Right now we are wondering if they broke this track and were waiting for a replacement to come in and that is what was taking so long.
Either way, it's not working right, it's going to leak, and we are really peed! Going to E-mail the guy, tell him we will bring it in for a 2 days period. They need to figure this out. If they can't do this I think while we are in Elkhart we will get it fixed correctly and bill the other company.
Just want it fixed, why can't you find people who fix things correctly? This place had good reviews.
Dang, Lynne
