Good Morning Everyone;
Tim - sorry about the pup.

Harvey - I am sure everything will be fine. What isn't fine can be fixed. Just remember - you are not a cat!! LOL

After a rainy day yesterday it has dawned with the potential to be a great day. Sun is up. Lots of fog and a heavy dew. Picked cherries and got wet from the tree precipitation. Still lots left so the neighbor will be picking some as well.

Tomorrow is supposed to be sunny in the morning and rain in the afternoon. With luck we will be out of town and well down the road before any precipitation. Generally weather comes from the west and we are heading east so fingers crossed we will stay ahead of any rain.

Tim - as I recall you have the 454 so I suspect they may have used a Chevy rad in your unit. A good radiator shop should be able to help you.

Hope everyone has safe travels.

Have a great day.

Good morning all, my coffee is fantastic this morning. I'm watching the maintenance crew mow the campground this morning. Jake (our furbaby) thinks that all mechanized lawn equipment is evil. He should have been around when my Dad made me use the old rotary push mower. Now, those were evil.

Rail, don't worry you'll eventually get ahead of the repairs.

Gordon, I'm in for community potlucks. Sounds good.

Ron, keep it between the ditches. I was looking at the M&G thread and when you said you were at Arrowhead State Park. I have never been to it before and I was surprised to see any Oklahoma State Park rated so high. Our experience has been quite different.

Frank, glad you got the satellite figured out.

Everyone have a great day and keep on, keepin on.

Spritz...Getting water Heater

DH installed a water heater this past June from PPL Motorhome. It came about a week after he ordered it. I would call on it. A little advice if you don't mind. DH had to cut into the propane line to install. Go with all new fittings. He picked up a flaring tool from Harbor Freight. Our was a surburbon and came with good instructions. You might need a matching door and a controller. DH used Lexell caulk to put the seal around the new door. Took DH three sessions to get it all right. Soap and water test all connections. Have a cold beverage to celebrate when all is well. Think about all the fun you will have contorting to install and the $ you will save!!

Good evening everyone!
The A/C fix was a good one! No more dripping inside! Yeah! Both are working as they should! No leaks either, as we got over 2" of rain the other night!
Fired up Mona today for the first time in a while! She hit right off first turn! Tomorrow we are starting the outside work, new shocks, oil and filters, trans. filters, and generator service! Then a wash and wax, and Mona will be ready to strut! Still have to put the baseplate and wire Bailey too! Dang, i am wore out! Hahahaha! Got my old phone back up and going too today, man, it is old technology as what i am used too! Four years old and the guy at the Verizon store said, dang, i remember those phones, it is a HTC thunderbolt, 4g, and it will do what i want it too!
Well, tired, off to bed,
Everyone have a great night! Rail!

Good Morning Gang,
Coffee is good this morning, satellite is working like it should. Had a nice visit with DD and grandson. Also sister. Had some rain last night, no storm just a nice rain. Had Rita's son cut out a circle out of plywood(he got to use the saber saw we gave him of Dad's). Going to shellac it and make a stand to mount the the satellite on the tripods from the old house dish.
Tim,
So sorry about the pup. Hope the foot is healing up for you.
Gordon,
Safe travels, see you in a week and a half.
Have a great day,
Frank

Good Morning,

Very foggy here this am and no wind to blow it off. Coffee was good though.

Looks like some are heading out already, others will be shortly. We leave Sunday the 13th. With being off I was able to change our leave time. Have an idea for a shoe rack for the rig to get rid of shoes by the door or front seats. Will double as a chair side table for drinks. Should hold 3 pairs of shoes and assorted flip flops.

Rail, if you don't get everything done before M&G you'll have all sorts of help when you get there.

Ron, like the bike. There is a guy here who has one with the big tires. See him riding it often. Not sure if I am bringing mine or not.

Those on the road stay safe and see you soon. Lynne

Evening all!

Getting close to M&G time. Soon Janet and Gordon will be 30 miles from us at Gaffney service center. It will be good to see them.

The fence job is done. I was paid well. My buddy Mark who I work for on the fences,,,, when I went there this morning said they had no water. His wife went off to work and he said lets look at it later. This afternoon we dug into it (not my first well job) and I found the pressure tube to the pressure switch blocked. Of course without it, the pressure switch didn't trip. All is good now. Easy fix.

Still working on the kayak bike rack. The light bar came for the front, however the light that I ordered with it didn't fit. Called tech support they confirmed the ad isn't correct. Sending the light back, ordered correct one.

This won't hold up my fabricating work, don't need the light just the mount to hold the kayaks.

Tim, sorry about the pup!

Rail, sounds like your nearly road ready. Great! Can't wait to check out Mona and meet you and Jira.

Tomorrow my friend Mark and I are taking a motorcycle ride to Columbia S.C to visit the Palmento State Armory. (very large famous gun store) We decided after our work this week we deserved a day of fun.

Have a great evening all!

L.

Good Morning Gang,
Raining off and on today, with possible severe storms. Still got the plywood base edges beveled and shellaced between rain drops. It is drying now under the awning. Will install the pipe attachment after it dries.
Those on the road ,be safe and watch out for the storms.
Have a great day all,
Frank
