Good Morning All,
Yum, Coffee! I think I am gonna be a lazy bones today and just relax and read. Unless it gets as nice as it's supposed to and then I may go outside and remove some of those flower beds that are so overgrown. Thinking about taking them completely out.
Sometimes you just got to change things round. Hope this finds each of you well and having a fine morning cup of coffee. Be always at peace.
Lynne

Good Morning, Eleanor has the bacon frying and pancakes mixing oh and fresh maple syrup. Gordon real glad to see Janet doing well her life will be so much better, and yours too! Lynne, DW had really nice flower beds and we have just got too busy riding and enjoy life that most of them are gone, only ones left are the ones that sustain themselves. Bobby, I'm with Frank on this one it's usually the case, hope we're wrong. I also have to say not a cloud in the sky, cold this AM but supposed to be 65* Yeah.

Good Morning all,
Coffee good this morning. Had a little rain yesterday afternoon, but nothing to ruin any plans. It did cool things off a little, it was approaching 90*. More people leaving the park to start heading north, everyday so it is getting a little sparse. 3 more weeks and we start heading north.
Everyone have a wonderful day and enjoy the warmer weather, you all need it after the winter you've had.
Frank

Good Morning everyone, hope this day finds you in good cheer.
Little break in the rain, the sun is out and the coffee fantastic.
Glad to read most of you are finally breaking free of the dang cold and in Franks case, a break from the heat. Seattle is being...... Seattle in April. Don't like the weather, wait 20 min.
I will attempt to get back to working on the floor today. Needs to get done so we can get out of here.
Be well, be happy, live free.

Jeff and Debbie,
Must be hard to let them go when you put so much of yourself into them. Beautiful though. Thank you for the pics.
Back to w--k tomorrow. You who are retired think of me in the AM. See you on the other side.

Jeff and Deb;
Nice work on the restorations. If you had a few more in the picture you would think it is a new dealer display.

Good morning everyone.
Jeff - do enjoy your makeovers. Sorry you have to sell them, hope things settle down and you can chase that dream of a vintage park again. I'm sure the gang over in CLAC (link in my signature below) would enjoy seeing them too. Stop in and join the conversation. Good health and good cheer upon your family.
Lynne - Every day of work is one day closer to retirement. As for coaches, they are slim pickens up here where we are too. Good ones don't last long on the market around here. They seem to cluster in parts of the country where the sun shines nearly every day.
Gordon - Hope Janet is progressing nicely and the local chemist is keeping her comfortable.
Enjoying my coffee and catching up with all of you. Hey Frank! Good to "see" you.
I got nowhere with the floor, other things got in the way yesterday. New day, we'll see.

Good Morning Everyone! Coffee is good today! I took the rental car back this morning, and waiting for my sons mom to get here to help with backing the MH out of my sons driveway! He lives on a busy street, and will have to back out, as we pulled it in, so the door opened up on the driveway and not the yard. Yard is kind of muddy, so we did not want to track in the MH! Going to head back north and west, going to Mt. Rushmore, Deadwood, then down thru Utah, Zion N. P., then to Vegas for a couple of days, Grand Canyon, and back to Phoenix! We fly out of Phoenix on the 22nd, so the days are counting down!
Lynne, finding a good one is very hard, as most have a lot of issues! I got very lucky, Very lucky!! This one is very nice, but it still had a few little things I had to fix. That is part of owning one, and give us something to do. The battery tray was very thin, and we added some metal to support the batterys better, and some rubber belting down the sides to make them more stable! You would think that when they added the Interstate 6 volt batterys they would have done that? I also replaced the original shower head first thing, as the old one was??? The little hood that raises up to check the fluids was needing some fixing to as the fiberglass was stripped, and by the time I got here, 2 of the screws had fallen out, so 4 carriage bolts and 4 holes, and it is better than new! The ladder on the back has a broken screw in it, so I will let the dealer fix that, as I did not know where to find the long screws to replace it! It will be a rv specific screw, as it is 8" long! Well, Lynne, this MH will be for sale in Phoenix after the 22nd, at Sunland sales in Glendale, Az.! Not a winny, but a very nice coach non the less!
Everyone continue to heal up, my best to all that are fighting the the good fight to better health! Back on the road!! Rail!
Oh, PS,, My name is Stanley, Stan, and I will answer to just about anything, and The DW is Jira, short for Jiratorn! See Yaa!

Good Morning Everyone
Janet is doing well. She is starting to reduce the dosage as the pain is going away.
Jeff. Other than your attachment I can see no downside to selling your restorations/creations. The work you and Debbie are doing should be shared. They need to be used and enjoyed. Whoever you sell to will love them as much as you do.
Lynne and Jay - IMO the best place to get used MH is in the south where the snowbirds collect. Each spring there will be a number of birds who have decided they will no longer be snowbirds. Many of them will sell on location rather than moving their unit home. Even then I think you have to be quick as the good ones will sell quickly, especially as they may be priced to move. There are many entrepreneurs who look for the better units, buy them and take them home for resale and some profit. There are at least two couples in our resort who do that every year, sometimes making the move with two or three units.
To get the perfect one is problematic. The really good ones move quickly especially if they are priced to sell. You have to be at the right place at the right time. The ones that are priced closer to market value may last a bit longer as some of the tire kickers are hoping that the price will go down. The ones that are over priced will last longer and you have to negotiate with them.
Patience is the best tool you have to find and purchase the MH for you.
Stan and Jira; When you are in the Rushmore area another place that I like is the Crazy Horse Memorial. Huge undertaking.
