Well electrical is working so moving on to heating/propane. I have included pictures what I am looking at. The outside connections have a plug that I assume is a safety features but is so rusty I am sure it needs to be replaced. Help.

I have a 1985 Honey. If it is the water heater then it probably is not used because they bought a heating unit for under the sinks.
