Given you did not say exactly what you have, I think you have a 1985 Sunflyer 23RG? Not a lot of info available for that model however I did find an interesting site that shows a lot of the guts in that model (Itasca remodel) One of the pictures (lots of major wires coming together in one spot) leads me to believe the AC/DC Distribution panel / Converter is located just forward of the toilet (Water pump is behind the panel also). Based on the way Winnebago normally does things, I think the DC fuse in that panel that would feed the Combo Control Panel/stove hood is typically bundled in with some thing labeled Monitor/TV. If that is your model rig, that site will give you a very good understanding of how yours is put together. I do not see one of the additional pushbutton breaker panels Winnebago started using around 1990 so I suspect there is only a fuse on the AC/DC panel.

Thanks Dave. Yes i have the Sunflyer 23. Believe it or not, on the back of the membrane panel just underneath and next to the hood light was a hole that looked like a glass fuse had been. I removed the stove hood and found it with its locking cap in one of the burners. Must have not been on tight and came loose. Go figure. I reinstalled the fuse and now power is restored. I was able to then operate my water pump to winterize the lines.

Good to hear. Besides not having the wiring diagrams online for pre-90 coachs, information for monitor panels and such are one of those areas you simply have to dig in and look at how they did it.
