Hi All - we are new to the RV thing.

My husband and I purchased a 1988 Winnebago Itasca and have been remodeling every since. We have installed new floors and put PVC wainscote on the walls and that really brightened it up. I am currently priming all of the cabinets for paint and anticipate painting the inside next week. We have had some trouble finding some parts that we need and I thought you all might have some ideas. We need new curtains and blinds, a new window regulator and a few other misc. items to include a new toilet! Any suggestions would really be appreciated.

Welcome and good luck on your remodel. We did that several years ago and it was fun. Curtains/blinds try home depot or lowes, for the toilet I would probably go the CW or on-line to look for one.

For curtains/rods you can go to Walmart/Target/most anywhere and find shower and home w/colors and different scenes to your liking. While most all will be longer than needed, you can cut and rehem for that nice custom look.

For the toilet, it would be best to order some free online catalogs as you'd be surprised how many different types there are for campers and MH's available along with some of the prices. You may also find a local dealer in your area that also has some catalogs available and they can help with selection for your Winnie.

Good luck w/ your remodel.
