$19,500? What a steal! A couple gallons of Rust-oleum paint on the exterior and the rest should buff right out. Motor not running? A can of Marvel Mystery Oil and she ought to fire right up.

Say, what does scrap metal go for these days?

So do I.
The mating of an Airstream trailer with the front end of a 1969 FWD Oldsmobile Toronado is a great idea. Maybe he thought he could improve on the 1972-1978 GMC Motorhome. I think he did it.

The guy that built that was a member of the SCCA back in the 70's and 80's. I use to race against him back then, but can't remember his name right now.
I remember looking inside it years ago.It was nicely set up and we'll built.
He pulled his race car on a trailer behind it.

My buddy Kent I ran with had a 289 V8 powered Econoline pickup we stretched and built a set of rails above the bed to park his race car on. We slept in the bed under the car with our tool boxes and spare parts.

Fun times!

DANG!! Give a guy a cutting torch, welder, and some tools and look out! Kind of neat (I guess) but not my cup of tea. 19,500?? Doubtful. Folks probably drooled over that thing in the days of Woodstock.
