Red face how can you tell if the house battery is charging

can someone please tell me how to tell if the house battery is charging on 78 dodge establishment.

You'd have to give a bit more information about your system. Are you asking if it's charging when you're plugged into shore power, when you're driving or from solar?

This will tell if you have proper charging current coming to the battery: put a volt meter to the battery terminals and see if the reading is above 13 volts, usually around 13.5 or so, if I remember. To see if your battery is holding a charge put a load on it and see what the voltage does. A drop to around 10 volts should be OK. I'm no expert on this but this works for me.
