How cool is this '73 Starcraft

Sold on Ebay the other day for $6479. I think it's way cool.

I love looking at all of the old rigs. They have more character.

That is so cool! What were the details on it? Did it have any interior shots that you kept?

Sheila, here's the item number: 330415185045.

I think you need an Ebay account to view items that have ended. Let me know if you don't have one & I'll snag the photos - there's a bunch of them.

Bob
PS Nick... toooo funny!

Hmm... revise that, I think you need to be logged in to do a general search of ended items, but not a specific number. I was just able to view it w/out logging in.

I went out to look at it, using the item number in the search, and pulled it up. Wow, it was like stepping back into the past. Like the shot they added of the original ad when it was just hitting the market. They, definately, had high hopes for that and the other two units they were building. Looks like it didn't pan out though.

Thank you for posting. I like looking at stuff like that.

Sheila

What a joy

in 'Avocado green"....it's a beauty... Our first class A was a 76 Concord with a 440 Dodge (from the LA RVshow)....Look at the smiles of those kids...Now we smile, just to look at the pix...
Hopefully we meet this MH on the road one day?

Really cool old Rig! 1 piece design ... maybe that's something that the companies could bring back? I know it spells disaster for budgets & tooling up to make but what a great thing for no LEAKS!!!

Thankyou for posting it.

In a perfect world perhaps - but imagine the frustration when an accident or stress fracture requires substantial replacement - big enough deal in smaller expanses - a total catastrophe on so large a scale - and after a few years, where would you even FIND replacements? Shipping issues, size/cost?

They're beautiful when in good, well maintained condition, otherwise...
