Strange as it seems, it did not start off that way. after we saw a program about teardrop trailers on California Gold PBS, we decided we had to have one. We found our 65 that has been stored in a carport for 20 years, it took me two years to strip it down and rebuilt it, next came the Ken-Craft, and then after dinner one night on the way home we saw a vintage Canned Ham trailer so the bug bit us again, until we found one we like on ebay in San Pedro. It seems that I have a knack for them and enjoy restoring them on week ends, so I have the fever and we are now always looking for our next big find.

A Grand to fill up?

300 gallon tank? Wow! That's over a ton of diesel! Not to mention a medium sized box of money!

I knew there was a reason I bought a used gasser, I just didn't know what it was. I thought it would be because maintenance is too high, for the amount of mileage I would put on it.

(Truth be told, still wished I'd bought that beautiful old Beaver Marquis.)
