I kinda just bought my first RV

Hi there.
My name is Jon and I'm from beautiful Alberta Canada.
I just made the down payment and will be taking delivery of my first RV on Friday.
It is a 1990 Mallard Sprint with 116000km and in beautiful condition.
I am very excited and will probably be spending a good amount of time on here searching and asking.
I've been reading up and doing all my homework on here and am looking forward to learning lots.

I am trying to add pics from my phone and am failing miserably...

Congrats. I just purchased my first RV today, and will be brining it home tomorrow. I didn't want to attempt to back it into my driveway in the dark, figured it was better to wait until tomorrow.

Grats to both of you. Remember to do a thorough check if you haven't already. Make sure all the wires are connected properly, and that none are frayed of rubbing on anything. A good example is the spark plugs. One if mine was rubbing on the chassis, I'm now stuck buying eight of them.

Excellent advice. I had a mechanic take a look at it before I wrote the check. Although I was not expecting perfection, he told me that I was stealing it. He has recommended that I replace the front tires with new ones but keep the two that I take off as spares. I guess I will be looking for a couple rims.

Congratulations to both of you. This is a fun hobby. Tires are paramount on a RV. Make sure they are good and not older than 7 years old. Even when they look good they can be a problem.

Have fun! LB

Thanks for the advice.
I had my best buddy ( 30 year mechanic and vintage class a owner) check it through first.
According to him I'm paying about half of what I should be paying
Aaaaand circumstances changed a little today, I will be picking "Berta" up tomorrow and not Friday, so needless to say it awesome!!!!

Is it possible to post pics using my phone??
Sorry I'm an idiot when it comes to computers.. lol

If your using an app they don't seem to be very comparable with iRV2. If you have Safari on your phone that is more comparable with iRV2.

How to make a signature for your RV so we can serve you better.

1 .Click "User CP" on left side of the screen in about the middle.
2. Click "Edit Signature" on left side 7 bars down under Your Control Panel.
3. Fill out your signature information.
4. Click "Save Signature"

On my phone, a android, Sony Xperia Z-5 compact, I added/downloaded the iRV2 app. and when you see the quick reply box at the bottom of the post, and click on it, on the left is a +, click it, it will take you to the next page, at the top, right side you will see 3 dot's stacked, click on that, a drop down box, first is "attach picture", click it, Pick a source, gallery, or camera, chose you pic, you will see the pic, and the word attachment top right, click it, and it will be attached to your post! Easy! If you have a I-Phone, sorry, don't know about them?
