Bilito,
That looks AWESOME !!!
I've been wanting to do ours, but been putting it off because of much of a PITA I know it will be. But after looking at how much it changed the entire look of your coach, this might have to be my winter project.

Those all look so nice.
I'm wondering when I get ready to do ours how I can do it. We have hardwood in the kitchen/dining area and its 20 years old so no hope of matching it. I could put Allure down the hallway and into the bedroom. Our bathroom floor is ceramic and doesn't need anything done as well as the hardwood.
The carpet is very nice still so it will be awhile before I do it.

We had hardwood in the kitchen too and still very nice. However the carpet had to go just because of continual cleaning issues.
So I took the hardwood out with all the carpet so all would match.

Carpet in a 20 year old RV may look nice but but get down on your hands and knees and smell it. If it passes the smell test it should be ok, but 20 year of stuff getting tracked into it and there fore into your breathable air with every step stirring things up might make a difference.
Ours looked good but smelled like awful when we took the smell test up close and personal and when we pulled it up we found rotted subflloor here and there from window leaks that the prior owner had sealed up, but the damage to the floor under the carpet remained unseen.

That floor plan lends itself to a diagonal layout, it looks exactly right
