Is it vintage yet? 1986 Pace Arrow 28' - Vacation Home named Dan Tanna

Happy Friday RVrs!

Several years ago my dad and I bought a 1995 Tioga Arrow class C together, it wasn't pretty and we named it Bubba, thinking we'd only use it minimally, however we ended up using it as much as humanly possible in the Colorado Climate. So, after we literally drove the wheels off of it, we purchased a bigger better MH and went all out on it, we call it the Beach House. Its long and has slides and storage, etc. etc. Well, after my parents realized they like using it so much it became apparent that I needed a vacation home of my own, and that's when i found and fell in love with Dan Tanna - my 1986 Pace Arrow, that someone has LOVED its entire life... And now I've got the opportunity to love it.
So dad and i parted ways on our dual ownership and now we both own big rolling homes!!

I did get the manuals to everything installed in the RV, and to my knowledge nothing's been changed out, it's all original and everything works great and I intend to keep it that way. What I'd really like to find is an original 1986 Pace Arrow brochure!!!
It is pretty for being 27years old almost makes me sad I don't have an area indoors to store it... I'll keep it waxed and covered when not in use, but I intend to use it !! Since I got a month ago I've put a thousand miles on it and been on three little weekend trips.
