Just had a pretty heavy shower pass overhead. Still dry in here. Fingers crossed but plastic ready just in case. With the money spent and hours put in I feel I've got the leaks taken care of. Radar shows much more heading our way. DW is asleep so Its up to me to keep an eye open just to be safe. Still even with the threat of a leak its nice to be in our home.

Second storm cell just hit. Water coming in along the left side wall then running along the ceiling shortly after. Didn't see anywhere it could be leaking from but will use a level tomorrow if and when it drys up. Small leak and managed with a couple of drilled holes and pals for tonight! Otherwise still having a blast in my MH. Either I'm ready to be committed or I'm committed to finish this thing!

Winter Storm warning! Yeah right. Its 23 and windchill is 17. Ice all over the ground and MH. Dry inside now. Heater doing so so but we've got plenty blankets. Sorta like winter camping when I was a youngun in PA!

Well here are a few photos. Cold and dry outside but we're warm inside and watching TV. Lots more work to do. Seems that its easier to find problems once full timing then looking from the outside in!
Carpets in. Groceries etc.

Last night was the third night in our MH, Got down to the low 20's and it snowed on and off yesterday. No photos today yet sorry. Maybe later but DW and I sit here bundled up. To cold to work at job and to cold to work on MH. Right now we're using just a little heater to keep the chill out. Supposed to warm up the next couple days tho.

It got down into the teens overnight. Cold and clear. Inside this morning when DW and I woke up was a nice toasty 37.4! We borrowed another heater but need to be careful about pulling to many amps. Plugged into the house on a 20 amp breaker shared with inside bathroom. Blow dryer use inside last night tripped breaker. When funds allow I'm going to run 30 amp dedicated service from pole. I'll have to do it with the house uninterrupted so that will be fun to say the least.

Electric only. Got another one for tonight. Lower 20's forecast. I've yet to test propane system and have it filled and this cold weather is uncommon.

Hope you have electric blanket. One of the best ways to use limited electricity. When you get in bed it is all toasty and the outside temp really does not matter. Hope the best for you on these cold nights. I just hate to be cold.

Well upper 40's today Dan. Nice and sunny though so no heat needed inside during the day. The extra heater has helped alot. We're just fine and dandy now.
