Jalousie Louvre window seals

I am restoring a 1962 Mobile Scout and cannot find the correct window seals anywhere for the jalousie windows. Have tried Vintage Trailer Supply and others. Any suggestions?

What exactly do you mean by "seals"?

If you're reinstalling the windows after removal, butyl tape is most commonly used as a gasket...

Jalousie Louvre window seals

Thanks for the responses. I had looked at the two links provided but no luck. In response to the type, I have butyl for the window to camper. The two seals are at the top and bottom of the actual louvres. The top seal has a 1/4" that slides in the slot that holds it with a "j" typeflap that is 3/4". The bottom flap is 5/16" that slides in the slot with like a bulb type seal of prox 5/8".

Thanks again for the responses. I appreciate any assistance and info I can get.

If you can provide them, I'd appreciate pictures- these sound different from the seals on the jalousie windows I'm familiar with.

I know that this is not the same model window you are talking about, but it might help illustrate which parts you are looking for

From what I understand, you are looking for the second part from the left on the top row, and the one part on the bottom. Is that correct?

(here's the link to the vendor on that kit, just in case you might want more info)

Jalousie Louvre window seals

Randy, you are correct. The problem has been the part that slides in the slot that holds the seals. The top one is 1/4". The bottom is 5/16" with a bulb type seal. Have seen the ones you sent. Have a friend who does VW restoration. Tried numerous suppliers but no luck yet. Thanks, Bob
