Location of ECM and ALDL ??? 1988 P30

1988 Holiday Rambler Alumalite Class A 454 big block with carburetor built on a P30 chassis.

I have a check engine light not working. I'm trying to find the location of the ECM and ALDL. I have looked for hours for location and a picture of what they should look like to no avail.

Bulb is good. Wiring diagram shows that one side of socket should be wired to the choke light which is next to it, and it is. Choke light is functional.

If memory serves me, in 88 there was no computer on the P30 chassis. The carburetor was a Rochester Quadrajet and the ignition was electronic module with the coil in the cap and vacuum advance. The transmission would have been the Turbo 400. I had an 88 Southwind on the P30 chassis so I am not just guessing here.

I suppose it is possible. Although the 1988 P30 Service Manual and Wiring Diagram I purchased both indicate that it is there.

But I also know that some of THE HARDEST things to find are things that are not there.
