When I was previously looking for a specific-size foam mattress, everyone pointed me to http://www.knoxfoam.com/ Hope this helps.

Ditto on Knox Foam. They will cut you a memory foam mattress to your specific measurements. We have a Tempurpedic mattress at home and the Knox Foam mattress in our motorhome is just as comfortable, but cost far less.

You might check out some of your local fabric supply stores, particularly if it is a store that sells alot of upholstery fabric & supplies.

Hey Frankie,
Checkout Overstock.com. I have bought three foam toppers from there, one for our fiver bed. The mattress in the fiver is pretty cheap but with the foam topper, it's great. You can also go to any mattress store and they will custom make a mattress for you. We did that with an earlier rig that had a short queen, then we sold it and the short queen didn't fit in the new rig I think we paid about $350 for the custom matress.
