Who puts ANY sauce on a good steak! When they ask me if I would like any steak sauce for my steak I look at them and say “I hope not.” But I do understand, sometimes I put a lot of real butter and sautéed mushrooms on mine! Fine eating!

Puts me in mind of a friend of mine who passed a few years ago. He always used to say, "the only thing I put on my steak is my teeth!"

But regarding the sauces, of the two, I prefer H-57 myself.......and oddly, at restaurants you have to ask for 57 usually, while A-1 is on the table.

Only thing that belongs on a steak is salt and pepper.....Cut the horns off, wipe it's butt and throw it on a plate.....
