My 1986 TransVan...is vintage, right?

hi, all. I'm new here, and am interested in finding others who own TransVans, esp. older ones like my 1986. the RV part is by Champion. I would love to find people I can help and who can help me, figure out how to maintain my rig. thanks!

On iRV2, over 20 years old is considered vintage...excluding the owners.

Love to see some photos of your Transvan.

Is 1986 transtar close enough?

This old beast has a chev 350 engine, the guy I bought it from had put in new carpet (blue), new seats (tan) wood slats on the cieling and cowboy wall paper and curtains. I filled it full of food and named it the CHUCKWAGON. This was ten years ago and he has taken us many happy miles around in Oklahoma.
I have all the books and also added two electric dump valves and a macerator pump, a 4000watt inverter and took out the generator and put 4 golf cart batteries in place of it.

Happy roading, Warren
