my winegard ant

hi I have a powered winguard ant for tv but how do I power it up and were would the amplifier be for it its on a 91 pace arrow

Is the ON/OFF switch built into the wall plate you plug the TV cable into?

It,s in the cabinet above the passenger seat hidden to the left side it's a slide switch.
