Congrats on the awesome find! I'm a classic/vintage nut so I have a tremendous appreciation for vehicles that are all original and kept in pristine condition. I would have snapped that RV up in a minute. It looks beautiful and will get a lot of looks and comments when your out traveling. Personally, I would try and keep it as original as possible which keeps the value high but it's yours to do as you wish. Good luck and thanks for the pics!

I agree with Inthe70's about originality. I'm nearly 69 and even though I'm still healthy and robust I'm not enjoying the aging process at all. I see things from when I was 32 and indestructible and man they bring back some great memories. When I decided to get an RV for full timing I looked at several RV's from that vintage. The problem was, none had the storage that I felt I needed for full timing. My function over form reasoning took over leaving with the 1994 RV I currently travel/live in.

I bought a 1990 Mallard Class A on the P30, 454/T400 in 2010. My plan was to keep it two years and then possibly get a newer one. However, it's been pretty good so I have just kept it. I think that if I planned to cross the USA I might want to go much newer under the illusion of reliability. Not sure. Good find there. Enjoy!

Thanks everyone, and Dick thanks for the rotation!! Fired up the water heater, oven, and stove burners a couple days ago and they all work perfectly. I remain amazed at how well this thing was maintained over the last 37 years. My wife, who originally looked at me like I was crazy, is now planning our maiden voyage. She made new curtains for all the windows and we got the front two up so far.

You have a nice kitchen area for a 29' RV. Usually, the shorter RV's place the sink and burners right next to each other. While that little space between the sink and burners you have may seem tiny compared to the kitchen counter in your S&B, it's a great to have during food preparation!
I live in my 33' RV full time and I'm so glad that I have that same little area in mine.
