You assume that summer is actually coming... We are forecast to get 3-5" of the white stuff here over the weekend.

Thanks again, to everyone, for the encouragement and kind words.

-cheers

Piker,

I have been following your progress the whole time and it looks awesome! I envy guys like you and Terry with your imagination and creativity to take on these projects. I can do almost anything around the house but don't have the courage to tackle something like you have done. While our coach is only four years old, the biggest thing I have done is replace all of the halogen lights with LED and just received the roller shades that I am going to install in place of the pleated day/night shades.

Good luck with your project!

Jerry

Thanks again guys. I went for the first drive in two years with a door last night. Felt good. I thought I'd stop and take a picture from afar since the last pics I posted were taken up close in the garage. We're pretty happy with it so far, but I'm back to thinking it might need some graphics, even if it's just some simple stripes or something. That will be down the road of course...

The inside is all scrubbed up and ready for camping. I still have most of the vinyl to install and to caulk outside... plus I need to put a new floor in the rear storage compartment that I rebuilt last summer... other than that, and a few side marker lights, I think we're about ready to go. If the weather ever warms up, I'll get back at it...

Piker,
You did a fantastic job, now may the weather finally break so you can go out and show off your work and enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Piker,

That looks fantastic. Glad it is about ready for camping!

It looks pretty. You might consider the KISS principle on the artwork: Keep It Simple Somehow. You may be trying to overthink this part?

The only additional graphics I see right now are a continuation of the horizontal blue stripe that is on the front end just above the bumper. Maybe the horizontal line below the windshield also?

And, maybe, the thin line that is already partially there at the window level. The line is missing at either side of the door. Not sure if you even need to continue that line near the front and rear of the rig, but just do it on either side of the door. Or, maybe through the door also???

Of course, I know you will try it out on the computer first. It's great that you have that in your skill set.

But, that is only my opinion. I respect yours. I guess it really doesn't matter since you own the rig and I don't.

Seriously, you have done a great job. Now finish up the few details you mentioned and get that family time going!

CWK,

The missing black lines are due to the fact that I'm not finished installing the vinyl trim that covers the seam between the upper and lower panel... and also wraps all the way around the outside of the exterior.

I think you are right about keeping it simple... I'd originally thought I wanted to do away with the pink and blue stripes, as they are kind of dated looking, but now I'm thinking maybe that might actually be ok? It would still cost several hundred dollars to have someone redo the stripes to the original as seen below, so it won't be something I'm even going to worry about right now. I'll worry about graphics AFTER we camp for a season or two and AFTER we do the other side...

-cheers
