I am a new member looking to restore an old camper I have owned about 10 years. I have no idea who made it and was hoping someone could tell me.

I love the old thing, but sadly I have let it deteriorate quite a bit.

Have no idea but who cares.

Fix it up, love it, live in it and have the time of your life.

Give it a name such as Sweething and paint that on the outside.

PS, sort of looks like a Scotty

Check out RV education 101 with Mark Polk. He posted a series of vidios of a restoration project he is doing on an old Yellowstone camper. It will give you an idea what's involved in an old restoration and could be very helpful.

Thanks guys! By the way, I already named it Honeymoon Hotel, since I have only been married 9 months and we havent officially had a honeymoon trip. So, you can guess what I plan on doing for our honeymoon trip-camping LOL

The interior is rough. I have allowed the roof to leak for years until recently. I will take some pics of the interior though. Seems I remember the back window is made of pexiglass and had the word "Sprite" lettered on the pexiglass. No other plates.

I need to put a front window in it, frame and all. It has rounded corners. Any suggestions on where to buy a window?

I'd be surprised if you couldn't cut those radiused corners out to install a window with square corners.

That's probably what I will try. Just need a window source now.

Found another logo on it. It's an Alpine Sprite. No plate though. I really would just like to know the year it was manufactured.

Looks like TXiceman figured it out. Sure looks like an Alpine Sprite and the Sprite on the back window kind of clinches it.

I started working on the interior of this camper a couple of weeks ago. Lots of water damage! My fault though, for letting this go on for years. It's sad what neglected roof leaks can do to a camper over time.
I finally realized I need to stop with the interior and get the rood sealed good, so I ordered some eternabond and Im waiting on it to come in. Please take a look at the roof and let me know your thoughts. It looks like I need to peel off all the different compounds I have painted on the roof out of ignorance, then apply the eternabond. Is that correct?

Also, please look at the running lights at the roof line. The lens covers are missing and a leak developed at one of them. (See the piece of roof tape I have over it temporarily) WHat is my solution here? Do I remove them and fill it in with something , or try to find lens covers? I dont plan on using them with the trailer lights so that's not an issue. Just dont want it to leak.
