Forest River Co. bought out Cobra, you may check with them for a manual.
Unknown what box with 75 is ????
Switch on dash may be battery boost when main batt is low or
it is a 12 volt disconnect when stored.
Check on eBay for a Cobra manual. We had a 89 c class Cobra and it
was a good rv.
Also check on RVNET.COM they may have some answers on forum.

It would probably be better to post pictures of the switches you're not sure about, but if I had to guess I'd say the switch on the dash is an "Aux Start" switch. I know in mine, I have that button that allows me to pick up the coach batteries when starting, in the event the start battery is too weak to crank it.

As for the switch by the door, is it a meter of some sort? Again, I'm using as a frame of reference my coach, which isn't yours, but I have a panel near the door that tells me how much battery life, how full/empty the holding tanks are, how full/empty the LP gas is etc. Could this be what you're looking at? If so, it's telling you the battery is 75% charged.
