no power at chassis fuse panel

I have a 77 travel queen and it has a slow power draw from the chassis battery. If I dont flip off the breaker going to the battery when I am done it kills the battery. Well of course I didnt flip it off and it drained. I brought the battery to work and charged it and re-installed in the rv, now nothing. I have 12 volts at the battery, the generator turns over, other things have power, but the fuse panel for the engine and dash stuff is dead. It doesnt send power to the ignition or anything. I have been troubleshooting it for a day or so but was wondering if there was something electronic I dont know about (my first rv) that could be causing this. Im assuming a wire got hot and shorted, or burnt the lead to the panel, but figured I would ask first. Thanks for any help

I don't know anything about your RV however, my Winnie has a large fuse panel in the front beneath the dash which lifts up. It also several "master" fuses on the power panel which is near the back of the vehicle. If you have a gas detector that might be the cause of the drain although I believe they are usually hooked to the "house" battery not the chassis battery. Gas detectors are always on unless the battery is disconnected.

It ended up being a burnt up wire. A wire that went to the ignition switch. The small draw was actually a small short which just finally toasted the wire. I have the entire dash apart and replaced the wire. It was actually broke off on the one end near the fuse panel so I just connected it to constant 12v. The truck starts and runs fine. I go to shut it off and it continues to run. The only way to kill the engine is to cut the wire.
