I have a 1981 Foretravel Travco model on an Oshkosh chassis. It is a diesel pusher with a 3208 Cat. The oil pressure switch quit working and I am having a hard time finding a replacement. There is no identifying mark on the switch and I can't see anything on the gauge. Does anyone know how I can solve this problem? I sent an online request for this information to Foretravel and never received a reply.
Thank you in advance.

Try a Catipillar dealership. Tell them your year and what the motor is in. Should be the same as used in there heavy equipment.

Thanks Dan. I'll try that but I did go to a junk yard and found that at least some heavy trucks have a mechanical gauge with an oil line running right to the dashboard. Hopefully they will have an electrical switch as well.

Try Fords in the f6000 series or kodiak or Brigadeer And see if they have electric. My 84 or 85 had electric That was a Kodiak Chevy.
