Got a roof air unit from a 2005 salvage for $100!!!!!Also getting a brand new door,with frame,locks,latches and screen for $180 on friday!!!!!Im pumped!

Been a while!Lots of family med issues going on.....back at it now though!

Since the last pics,Ive redone the bathroom,reupholstered the cab area,made curtains,rebuilt windows,new door assy,water heater,tires,cushions,lights,stereo.......long list!I dont tire of seeing my progress on this thing.Resealed the roof and did a generator to!Ill get some pics up.This weekend Ill be doing new belts and would like to recharge the cab air........BUT.....I cannot find an AC service port after following all the lines!!!!!Any ideas?
Were taking a maiden voyage to nE on July 10th for a bike club party........Cant wait!!!!

Ive got the vertical looking sanden unit,with hoses coming off the top.Didnt see any ports on it.

Same as mine look where the hoses are opposite side do you see a hex cap if so remove I'll check back

Hoses are directly off of top....One to left,one to right.Cap should protrude I'd think?See nothing.Has to be there though.Auto mech by trade......This has me baffled.Ill look again when home.Got a pic?

Sounds same I'm at work this compressor has been around forever in the 1960 era fords on the top where hoses are there will be a thin metal cap you remove then a valve will be seen this is to open or close the freon flow

Lol....Good mechanic......Its not a sanden,but a York.Sorry!!!Got the one hose from pump,to accum,to condenser,to coil.......all hose ends are clamped with a goofy looking screw clamp......interesting setup.

The goofy looking screw clamp is a high pressure hose clamp designed for installing replacement a/c hoses. They are also used when installing an after market a/c unit on a non a/c equipped vehicle.

After more searching,I found the ports....On the back of the hose fittings......VERY small!But,I found em!Now wich ones the low side?Lol........
