I tried posting my 1990 Barth Regency DP photo earlier but nothing appeared. Hope it works this time.

You probably took the picture with your camera.

If you open it in a graphics program, rotate it to the correct orientation and save it as a new file it should upload correctly.

I'm not sure what's considered vintage, but here's my 1988 lance lc980 on my 04 dodge ram. Working to make it camp worthy now, after sitting in storage for the last 15 years. Best of all, it had a killer price... FREE!!!

Check out post #7 in this thread and see if that doesn't help.

I agree with the people that say: "Why does it take a computer whiz to post a photo?"

Your response "Check out post #7" only clarifies that the computer whiz is required. It doesn't take anywhere near that convoluted method to post a picture from a digital camera or another email onto an email that I create, or on Facebook, or on any of the other social forums that I have used. Why can't I just:
1. Copy and paste?
2. Enter the folder and file name of a jpg, bmp, or other picture file?
3. Or even a pdf file?
Why the roundabout system of using a program like photo bucket and somehow get a url for a picture? Each of the three systems that I enumerated above are simpler and more direct, and at least one of those systems is used on EVERY other forum, othe than irv2, that I use. Frequently ALL of the systems that I have enumerated work.
Why does irv2 have to be so difficult?

We often go to some terrific places and have good pictures of them. My wife posts many of them on her Facebook page, often pictures of grankids but some that would be appropriate here. The difficulty has prevented us from sharing those pictures. Some beautiful and well facility supplied campgrounds. Interesting roadside stops. Wonderful food related places. Things that other RVers might enjoy.
