The age of the unit does not matter as long as you can have fun. Some of the best times we have had have been on miserable rainey trips. Stay inside, read, and generally loaf. Seems that I can do a much better job of loafing when I am in the RV.

Thumbs up Good looking Rigs

TXiceman.

A lot of effort was put in to restore your unit and all the others as well. Is everything inside origional or have you changed or updated anything, such as carpet, apolstery or changed the fridge?

One of of these days my rig will be be old enough to join your club, presently upgrading and ironing out some electrical problems.

Henry.

Ours has a new A/C, HDTV, new 2-way frig, The sofa is gone and has two chairs, power converter is replaced, new bathroom sink, new fresh water tank and demand pump (replaced the air pressure system), new propane transfer valve and hoses, new tires, new awning canopy and misc awning parts and carpet has been replaced, but we are considering going to a laminate floor. Other wise the interior cabinets, and wood work is all original.

1985 Toyota Sun Land Express

All I can see in this post is an image icon, not the image itself so I don't know if it worked. I went to Picasa and got the photo's url.

This is a shot of my baby. She's a 1985 18' Wilderness. It is very strange thinking of 1985 as 'vintage'. To me, vintage, is a Model T. 1985 is just older

I have added the A/C, will be adding an awning, and doing a little remodeling of the interior.

She was VERY well taken care of by her two former owners (I even have ALL of her original documentation) but there are a few things that I want to add to her.

I purchased her to go to dog shows (hotels were getting too expensive, especially with multiple dogs) but really fell in love with her and am taking her out on non-doggy related days

Sheila
