HI everyone --- just joined this week. I'm the 2nd owner of a 1973 dodge titan. We're just starting the process of getting it back in shape. Needs a good bath and a little TLC. 45K miles on the odo.

It has the original shag green carpet and black and white tv in the back!!

Love to see that one as a vintage redo. I'd tackle one myself if I thought I had the patience or energy. Best of luck! ....and welcome to the forum. :-)

WELCOME ABOARD

Great find for a restoration.

Boy just a good bath will make her double or triple in value.

Looks nice and straight. How about some interior pics before and after cleaning.

I just noticed you have the black channel inserts in the screw channels that run the length of the MH. Let me know if you ever find a source for new ones. They are just like what is on my Holiday Rambler.

'88 AlumaLite

I want to share a pic of my new toy. 1988 Holiday Rambler AlumaLite, 29'. My wife and I are cleaning it up and plan on traveling through Texas and Oklahoma in as soon as we can.

1979 Holiday Rambler

This is my 32 foot 1979 Holiday Rambler Imperial trailer. I ran across it sitting unused behind a little country store in eastern Oregon about three years ago. Someone had removed the fresh water tank and the bed, but other than that it is very nice inside. I bought it for $2500 anticipating the fridge, A/C, and water heater would all need to be replaced or repaired. To my surprise, only the fridge did not work. Everything else works perfectly. It even has four ZipDee awnings on it and propane in the tanks.

The fridge is a large two door Dometic RM100. In one of my greatest Craigslist finds, I picked up a working RM100 for $25 about 40 miles from home. I figure it took about $15 worth of gas to go pick it up, so my total cost was $40.

There are a number of minor remodeling projects I intend to do, such as new kitchen counters, new floor coverings, curtains and some upholstery. But in the meantime I have been using it as is. I figure by the time I'm finished I will have less than $3500 invested, and that includes a set of tires.

I would like to, but it is currently sitting on my eastern Oregon property, about 180 miles from where I live. That's why I haven't been able to do much work on it yet. I should be back there in the next 60 days and I'll get some photos of the inside.
