Our Fleetwood know as the "Big Girl" is needing some TLC too.
Been trying to convince the Navigator to let me rip out the carpet, teak tile, dinette booth and Couch do this to our Coach. These pictures will come in handy helping her see what I'm thinking of doing. (Her imagination is on the low side)
Is the fabric on the couch the original material?
I hate booths for eating. Booths for dining remind me of McDonalds and are more for kids. But since it's just to two of us I'm thinking table and real chairs would be more practicle, even if I do lose some storage space. Thinking of replacing the Couch with two wall slider recliners and installing a TV in a cabinet where the recliner and poor excuse for a desk is now.
Nice remodel Windbeater Familys!!!!!!

That is really sad and backwards in my opinion.
The Big RV's are getting harder to fuel as gas prices rise, even if the prices of the RV's are dropping, and most people are thinking of going smaller like your Vanagon.
So selling it off would seem contrary to conventional thinking.
I guess the cash was too hard to pass up!
It looks like it was well taken care of. Based on the postage stamp picture.
I think your going to kick yourself real soon. But hey, it's your vehicle. You can do what you want. And I'm just a fly on the wall with an opinion that means nothing.
Have a Great CHRISTmas Ya'll!

Thanks! The wheels were the first thing I worked on. It had three old hub-caps when I got it. I thought about new caps but decided to just clean and paint the wheels instead.

That is how we look at it. As long as your having fun the year of your RV should not matter. as long as the rain stays out side its all good.
