If you ever go to tailgate at a Syracuse or a Florida game with that orange you will feel right at home.

New to you motorhome

What a nice unit. A great unit for the price. Our 85 Palamino had a brown and Orange interior. Didn't show the dirt. Many happy and safe trips. I am in Niagara Falls NY.

On the road again

We had a chance to finish up most of the passenger side paint on our Chieftain before heading over to NHMS for the week. The yellow on the stripe really stands out now. The drivers side is still original but we will get to that some weekend soon.

We plan to restore it fully but with only 45K miles on it there is not much to restore-only clean clean clean! Outside is worst but I will try the redman#3 on it. I am lucky in that the full manual is here and all appliances work (except for the Suburban NTS34 furnace). Art (other half of 23 years) did blog about the heater that liked to quit at 3AM.

Made a little more headway my last days off. Kinda slow because of finals at school, but still making progress. Got the bathroom finished and trimed out, all flooring finished, though still have trim moulding to run in the front. Can't figure out what to do with the cockpit area. It looks shabby as all get out , but I'm afraid that if I remove the carpeting and insulation ,that it will become too noisy. Anyway. Wife's coming along with the curtains, and will begin on the sofa shortly.(She had to take her heavy machine in for servicing).Still have got to order the rebuild kit for the air-ride compressor and get it rebuilt, but with school winding down for the summer it should go quicker. Still have to locate an enclosed trailer for our motorcycles, but here in Tn there seems to be an abundance of them on craig's list. I'll keep you all posted with the progress.
