My 1985 27' Honey

Success. The honey is running. Turns out the end wire connectors that were put on were wrong size. They used a size 4 connector for a size 12 line. Try and crimp that to make a connection. Half the battle. Just have to connect house battery into the system.

1984 Holiday Rambler Imperial 33

Hi

I'm fairly new and don't post much but I thought I would share a picture of Miss Ivy that was her name when I got her. A 1984 Holiday Rambler Imperial 33 rv, My wife and I have done a lot of work on it like , replacing rug with hard wood floors , in doing so also had to replace bathroom sub floor and under fresh water tank and pump , also replaced all water lines and valves , faucets, hot water heater, I had to remove the veneer from kitchen cupboard doors and painted them and replaced all the handles also then put in new counter tops and back splash Our coach has a 454 carb engine that has now had all hoses , belts ,water pump, clutch fan carb and intake , just put on ceramic plug wires, of course I had to replace front air bags ,all shocks ,rubber springs ,and tag axle bushings ,brakes and brake cylinders , I had better stop hear I'm not sure this is the place to add all this info.

Very nice! The imperial was always my envy when we had an 85 Alum-a-lite. That smooth aluminum siding on the imperial looked so classy back then when full body paint was unheard of and the colored fiberglass other brands were using would fade bad.

You are having just too much fun! Are you painting those, or is it a vinyl graphic you are applying?

I attached before and after pics of my recently renovated 1985 Vogue 35 foot diesel pusher. Unfortunately I missed most of this summers camping.

That is fantastic. Great paint job. Those Vogues are so classy, especially the grill.

Great coach!

Wow, very cool! Could you elaborate on your coach a bit for me being not familiar with, yet very curious?

How was your Starcraft built? Is that a one piece body? With front and rear caps, or not? What kind of power plant does she have?

More pics too if possible!

Best regards,
W.D.

Sure thing!

It's a 1970 Starcraft Starliner. It runs on a Dodge P Chassis and shares a lot of parts with a D300. Powered by a 318.

Last night I broke my top speed record and got it up to 63mph!

The body is all one piece of injection molded fiberglass. I have heard it is the only RV made this way but I'm new to RV's and and not 100% sure.

It has 62,000 original miles with a rebuilt motor. Not sure the mileage on the new motor but she runs pretty decent.

Still have a lot of work to do.

Here is a thread with some progress shots.
http://www.irv2.com/forums/f65/1970-...-309587-2.html

I also created an Instagram page if anyone wants to check out the progress.
