I sure like the train horns, but they wouldn't be mounted on the back bumper if they
were mine, can't you mount them on the frame somewhere near the front? Ole Stickey Fingers might just walk by.

Thanks guys... we did size up some options underneath but went for the quick and easy route. We welded the horns and the tank to the frame.. the compressors are mounted with sheet metal screws. So, its possible for some sticky fingers but they'll have to work for it. The entire setup was $200!! a guy had them on his f250 and was selling the truck so i feel like we practically stole them. Fortunatly we park it in a remote location so i dont think they'll vanish anytime soon. Also, with the angle/mount -- we have a little fun with folks walking down the sidewalk

They do sounds great, and for 200 bucks I would of been all over them.

X'2 sounds great, I remember going on a cruise that left Ft.Lauderdale(sp) and we were on our balcony and some guy across the Chanel was honking his train horns and it was soo loud it was like we were standing right next to him. He had them in his Escalade(sp) Caddie.
One blast from them will get um moving...
Have fun. Some day on my wish list.
