took our 1985 midas on vacation drove it 1050 miles towing our car the only repairs needed were a nail in a tire and a taillight bulb and that was on the toad not the mh she got a best of 8 miles to the gallon used no oil or fluids and ran like a sewing machine.
everything performed like a charm did find will need new water pump but we were hooked to water hose so not a problem, didn't forget anything we needed, that was a minor miracle in it's self, and had a great time we are hooked on the r v life style for sure now.
and after running the numbers it cost no more to vacation this way then what we used to spend
alot of this is due to advice from this group so thanks again from the Johnson's for a wonderful and informative place to help ease the learning curve and make our maiden voyage a success.

happy rving frank,cricket and harley

Glad you had a good trip. Seems there is always something that needs repairing before, during and after the trip.

Roger that! And you don't need to worry about who slept in that motel bed last night

PWP16129 it's great to hear your maiden trip went so well. Welcome to the RV world! Happy Trails!!
