Re-sealing bare metal roof

Hi,
I just bought a 1957 Crosley Camper. I started to peel off the many layers of multiple products on the roof. I have exposed about 1/2 of it so far down to bare metal. The rest is not coming up so easily but I plan on getting all down to bare metal.
I've been looking at various rv roofing products. They all seem to be for applying over previous sealers. Are there any that are recommended for bare metal?
Any suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks!

There are a number of coatings for bare metal roofs. Here's one, but I don't think you'll need 5 gallons of it!

I heard here on the site that you could not use this product on campers or motor homes because they flex to much. I was in the process of buying this stuff for my coach and they said it wouldn't work

What kind of seams do you have? What about an auto body seam sealer and then a good primer, base coat and clear?

I just used primer and white paint on mine (sherwin williams for use on galvanized ) I used a heavy nap roller (stucco one actually ) and eterna bond tape on the sealms.

I used a wire wheel on a grinder to clean up all the layers of junk of my roof. Not the most enjoyable job but wasn't awful either. Think it took me a couple days to grind mine down.
