Our reefer check light will come on in the middle of the night when on gas. Why? Doesn’t do it driving or daytime. The burner is clean and I blasted air up the flue.

Nope, batteries are fine. The only thing I possibly think of is some kind of condensation dripping and putting the flame out. [emoji23]
The gas pressure is fine.
It’s only at night and multiple times a night. The circuit board doesn’t know the time of day. Lol driving me nuts
