Remember "May West?"

Does this lady look like she would actually RV? I don't expect that she did but she did use one RV back in the day and I just wanted to share those pictures with you that I obtained while I was in Missoula, Montana at a local campground in 2005. See the PR intro below.

Mary Jane (May) West

I'm not certain about the time when the "Housecar" was used but the vehicle is a 1931 Chevrolet Housecar and was used by May West.

Coburg, OR -- A 2005 Monaco Dynasty motorhome manufactured by Monaco Coach Corporation (NYSE:MNC) has been selected by the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) for RV historian David Woodworth's 30 city, 6,500 mile National RV History Tour, which launches Monday, March 28 from Palm Springs, California. .... More .....

I was fortunate enough to happen to be at the right place at the right time ..... I took these pictures on May 12th. See the schedule at the bottom of the the release .... "May" and we were out "West" ... very fitting!

Please continue to review the pictures that I took here in the Photo Gallery. Feel Free to leave comments in the Gallery.

See if you can find Roxy!

Yes, I remember Mae West and I can not imagine that lady in ANY type of RV!
Thank you for sharing! I love seeing surprising dimensions of people.

I too remember seeing a few of her movies...one in mind was with W.C. Fields when she asked, " why don't you come up and see me sometime?"
