i am currently in the process of reneovating my older rv. my question is, the round antenna on top, are they any good or do i need to replace it, i havent got to really try it out yet to see if it even works, i know i will have to use a digital converter, just didnt want to replace the antenna unless i really need to. would appreciate any input.

Antenna

If your talking about a omni directional Winegard Roadstar antenna?, it gets about half the a reception distance of a Winegard Sensar w/booster antenna.
I hope this helps?
