Doing Roof maintanance. Got a tear and rupper shrank and pulled out in the front corner

Whats beter Dicor membrane repair tape or Eternabond repair tape?

Whats best for coating the whole rubber roof when im done cleaning it and patching?

from what I have messed with I have had good luck with Eternabond. I would go with it. as far as coatings I would go with Koolkote(sp) I have heard good things about it.

Hope that helps.

If this is a rubber roof, Use the Dicar membrane repair tape. With rubber roofs ya got to be careful with what you use on it as any petroleum products will cause un-repairable damage to the membrane. I would ask but I don't think that coating the membrane is a good idea. i would repair the roof and clean it and put on a rubber sun blocker.
