Rv Siding

Does anyone know if it is possible to replace an RV's siding? I know it would be a labor-intensive undertaking but I'd really like to do mine. I've remodeled the interior (new floor, paint job, counters, lights all replaced) now I think the skin should be replaced. To use an new term from a shirt commercial, my current skin is bacon'ing. I think the wood underneath has dry-rotted in spots thus not holding the screws in place.

Do you have Aluminum or fiberglass? I think it'd be fairly straightforward to replace aluminum with mobile home siding.

Fiberglass? I don't know where you could find the big sheets required.

It's fiberglass, but I think I may be a bit delusional to believe I could do this. It's such a huge undertaking. But it would look sooooo much better. Mine has two cracks in it around/near the generator compartment that look terrible. One is duck taped and the other has a bead of calk down it. But, there are no leaks anywhere which is a good thing.

Sorry, but if it's laminated I would have to agree.
