Selling 1979 Dodge Class A

The classified has a lot of high dollar motor homes & since mine is vintage, I thought I would post here. I've done a lot of work on this rig the last 5 years & hate to sell it but I now need the money.
1979 Dodge Concord 22' It's small but neat.
413 engine has less than 500 miles since new crankshaft, new piston rod bearings, new water pump, new timing chain
New brakes & master cylinder
6 new tires less than 6 months old
roof re-coated & sealed, no leaks
New carpet, new cushion covers, new walls, table tops & counter painted.
New solenoid that switches fuel tanks.
Stove & oven removed for more cabinet space but we use a 2 burner electric plate.
Built in microwave.
The PO had the whole rig re-wired professionally for over $3,000. I have all paper work & original manuals.

The bad--
Hot water heater tank is split so I bypassed it. Has great running water just no hot water.
Fuel gauge doesn't work
Roof top A/C fan sometimes doesn't come on, just hums. May be a bad relay. When the fan comes on, it blows very cold air.

I personally have over $4,500 in it & am asking $3,200 OBO

413 engine
413 engine was not produced after 1973 in a Dodge MH chassis. Do you mean 440-3 or did you swap a 413 in there?

BTW, that is a very clean interior you have there.

PO had engine replaced before I bought it. Might of had a 440-3 before but all the parts my mechanic got were for a 400. The 440 parts would not work, for instance, the intake manifold gasket for a 440 was too big, but the 400 fit right in, so it's got to be a 400 or 413. I'm not sure. It runs great though.

Called the mechanic who did all the work on my engine. He verified that it is a Dodge 400. Don't know the year of the engine but the odometer has less than 48,000 miles on it. The PO said they did have the 400 put in but don't know how many miles it had on it. This engine runs great & has plenty of power but then my rig is small.
