Selling one of my RVs, need help on setting a price

I only need one RV, looking to sell my 86, need some help on an asking price.
1986 Pace Arrow 28ft
454 Chevy P30
43k miles
Excellent condition
Kept under cover.
Exterior is good shape, slight oxidation on finish.
Interior is all original and in great shape
Jack knife bed.
sleeper sofa
Overhead pull down bunk above cab seats
Dometic 3way fridge
Onan generator
Dicor EPDM coating applied August of 12
Carburator rebuild August of 12
Front wheel bearing repacked, August of 12.
All systems working.
Items of concern:
No dash AC, (never worked, here in CO seldom needed so I never worried with it)
No 12v power except when on shore power. (something is amiss since our last use in August 12, lights etc only work when plugged in)
Thanks

I would say do some internet searches and see if you can find comparables for sale and see what they are asking/selling for. Then place a free ad in the iRV2 Classifieds! Good luck.

Get the power systems fixed or you will not get much interest.

I would check on line what going prices are and conditions.
Depending on how fast you want to move it ask a median price range.
This is a high peak time so perhaps you can move it quickly.

Front air and DC are an issue, get em working and ask around 7000, or 6000 as it. Only show it with all awnings open and interior ac running, no one wants to inspect a hot RV.

I'm gonna ask 9K for my 91 32 footer and work from there, you can go down but you cannot go up
