If ya totally modernize the inside, you'll lose the effect of having such a vintaged year.
There is a part of me that wants to modernize with a glossy non -stained birch. the lighter color give the appearance of more room. I don't believe i can remove the original stain. The cabinets are amazing!! Reminder, this trailer was covered under a boathouse for most of its life, and there is no water damage to be found, so the cabinets are virtually brand new. I have started removing some of these and it is somewhat sad, however, will attempt to salvage. The sink is porcelain/cast iron. It gave me my workout for the day yesterday when i removed it. will probably replace for a more practical one. Anyway, the work goes forward!!
