Sleeping Beauty is Cheap!!!!!!

Visited the flooring store today to view some Flexitec samples. Nice product!! Cushions well, very flexible and does not tear, chip or crack. Pricey too!! Only come in 13 ' wide so I will end up paying for waste. Anyhow, will wait till it warms up a little then consider pattern and probably attempt to install myself. Manufacturer provides the waterproof glue for adhesion.
Started tearing up the self stick tiles. Nothing like watching $ money go in the trashcan, but then again, you get what you pay for!!

I feel your pain. I put down Alure a couple of months ago and am not happy with the wood color or pattern. I am going to remove it and put down a sheet vinyal that i wanted to start with. The only advantage i have over you is that mine is a floating floor and what took almost a day to put down, will only take about 15 mins. to take up....Happy Trails..

We have been happy with the sheet vinyl that we have used in 3 RVs over the years. We always go to a upper grade in lieu of the low dollar.

Check for scraps...

Talk up the store to see if they have close connections with contractors.

You may get real lucky and have a chance to couple an order.

Say a contractor has a job involving the same exact product that you select.

You could be able to buy what you need and they use the excess, or just the opposite.

It would be sheer luck, but it does not hurt.
