Went with 1 inch styrafoam will foil( foil faces inside to keep out moisture and retain indoor temp) Purchased it from a local lumber yard, pretty cheap. Easy to work with and when you get to the ceiling, they just snap right in if you measure correctly. I have left a few spots open since I still need to work on the roof vents.
Good luck!
Can you send me some pics??

SO, since you're already insulating the walls and ceilings, did you get the outer skin dents and dings taken care of?

I think I have to re-size my pics to post them here. I have put some up on a Spartan Group on Facebook. I haven't done anything to it yet. Promised wife that I would complete some other projects before starting this one. Do you post on Spartan group on Yahoo? Rob

She is scheduled to have those removed soon. I have left those areas open to be fixed.

I'll be interested in seeing the finished result of that bodywork - aluminum can be a bear to work with if leaving a nice exterior finish that looks OEM is a priority

Looks like you will have a rig to be proud of when you are finished. I'm sure it will turn some heads when you travel!
