Not too much progress on the floor yet, just have a bunch of floor scraped down to raw wood and filled in the cracks around the repair. A rug will cover up that bad boy this weekend. Who knew that 25 year old linoleum could peel into so many layers!!?? And the bathroom wall, what a disaster. I wonder how many years of water damage there was? I pulled out the ceiling as there was obvious damage. I figured I might as well do it right and get the wall too. Opened up a big can of worms there! But the next owner will be getting a solid, dry, repaired unit! Poor hubby, I get to do the demolition and he gets to do the fixing up. Gonna keep the bathroom door closed too this weekend!

Hi. Sometimes it may seem the more you fix the more you find to fix. Hang in there. 'Fore long ya'll will be roundin the corner on that overhaul. I know of a guy in Canada who bought an older one, mid 70's I think, and gutted it and even removed the entire roof in order to perform the repairs his needed. I swear I'd have given up long before then.
Hi there, I would give up long before that too. This is it, the next owner gets it with these repairs and an "as is" clause!!
We hope to be in a much newer bunk model by the end of next season.

Right in the middle of a demo ourselves. We really appreciate what you're going through. I'm amazed at how such a light framework can hold together. My advise is that you use lots of sealant at the joints and watch for any holes in the skin. Other folks have found factory errors which caused them a bunch of grief. Goodl luck.
